What is your return policy?
All upholstered furniture purchased online may be returned within seven days of delivery. Merchandise must be in new condition. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee up to 30% may apply. A refund or credit will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Fabric/leather protection charges are nonrefundable. Upon inspection, merchandise not returned in good condition may be subject to additional usage fees.
How do I return an upholstered furniture item?
All upholstered furniture purchased online may be returned by calling us at 1-800-375-6890 within seven days of delivery. While every item in our collection is inspected before leaving our warehouse, please contact us immediately should damage occur in transit or if you discover any manufacturer defect. Once we have gathered all of your information, you will be contacted to set up a time for merchandise pick-up. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Merchandise must be in new condition.
